Measure the process, not the engineer. We believe every growing startup should measure how their engineers experience the organization rather than putting them under the microscope. This helps startups preserve trust while improving in small, incremental steps.

We begin by establishing a baseline for where the organization stands. This helps us understand how engineers experience the organization they work with.
Observe
We observe the trends in the underlying data. We look for signals that indicate where a particular aspect of the process may need improvement.
Diagnose & Intervene
We dig deeper and look for the causes that may lead to those signals. Once we have identified plausible causes, we suggest ways to mitigate them.
Re-Measure
We measure again to see how aspects of work have improved over time. We help create a loop where the organization improves iteratively over time.
TEAM
The consultancy stays small on purpose. We look to build deep, meaningful relationships with a handful of clients.
